描述
The cicada is a small an inexpensive ship built to be relatively easy to beat due to its low firepower. The ships is quick and can take down small planes with it's pac, and has a radar decoy and torpedo decoy system, but the cram is under-powered and the CIWS/aa is both a kinetic gun and not exclusively a CIWS meaning IR missiles are a good counter to this craft. It also has no anti-sub weapons either. Amount of decorations are on the lower end in order to cut costs, but it still doesn't look as bad as I expected.

If anyone has anything they'd like to submit to my faction that has a similar style with relatively similar levels of performance and decorations to the other craft, feel free to message me.

The front particle cannon is improperly connected after recent updates. The ship looks amazing, though.
