Říká se "začít u sebe", tak jsem začal v rodném městě. Teď už mi trochu došly nápady na zajímavé* brněnské budovy, které by se mi chtěly dělat. Ale ono se zase něco vymyslí, až bude nálada a hlavně čas.
*zajímavé... kdysi jsem přemýšlel nad typem škol a školek, co jsou na Lesné a v Žabovřeskách, ale tyto obyčejné mě příliš nebaví, radši mám tyto jedinečné, jako je třeba právě Janáček.

I didn't expect the grass to be accepted so well. That's right, if the user doesn't want the grass, there's a way to remove it.

About the grass, in other buildings I've noticed you can draw a few random pedestrian paths under the area you want to remove it. They stay invisible and do not get in the way of anything, and in the same time grass gets removed.
On the subject of weed, after all, we see it in several mods ... including in real life which grows between the cobblestones.
to get rid of the grass, you can try to use $CONNECTIONS_ROAD_DEAD_SQUARE to place the basement under the concrete.
