描述
This asset was inspired by a building situated between Avenida Callao and Calle Lavalle in Buenos Aires. It is an example of Argentinian neoclassical and eclectic architectural style.

Built during 1920s as residential building, it now hosts a clinic.

The asset is a hospital. it features all characteristics of default small hospital, but it can host up to 200 patients.

I don't know whether others have this problem, but I recently noticed that in my cities only *one* clinic/hospital in the *entire* city sends out ambulances or takes walk-in patients. So, I've taken to placing just a single clinic, and later replacing it with a hospital with a massive coverage area (set via the "Customize It" mod).

So, that's one more reason for me to use RICO to turn this asset into a high-density residence. It works nicely as that, and really adds beauty and interest to the city.

@cmdp1989: no soy de BsAs, pero estube muchas veces. Me gustaria hacer mas, pero soy medio vago XD... Creo que el proximo del estilo va a ser el del cafe La Opera, que esta el la otra esquina de la misma cuadra, o el otro, de la mano de en frente, siempre entre Callao y Corrientes. Vos so de Buenos Aires?

Several of them, grouped together in various configurations, look very nice; like fantasy castles.

This is a very nice looking asset, and I'm going to give it a try ... even though I have recently noticed that only one clinic/hospital actually sends out ambulances, so that lately I've just been placing one hospital with vastly increased coverage area.

Maybe I'll use RICO and turn this building back into apartments! ;)
