Take control of a troop of North Vietnamese Army Sappers, the highly trained and specialized soldiers that conducted daring and deeply impactful special operations actions during the course of the Vietnam War.

This operation takes a small squad of NVA sappers on a secretive mission to sabotate a recently built US artillery firebase deep inside South Vietnamese controlled territory.

The ability of a small and well trained force to attack a numerically superior force from within the enemy interior lines was called the BLOOMING LOTUS tactic by PAVN General Dung Van Tien, it was the ability of sapper units to penetrate an enemy position and attack outwards.
