PFI Presents: the Staria Astrocetus

A short range shuttle like the Staria Alluvion, the Astrocetus is unique in the fact that it does not have onboard fuel, power, or atmosphere generation systems. It is meant to be a cheaply constructed craft in service to a station or outpost as a light cargo hauler, utility shuttle, or light patrol craft.

A unique feature the Astrocetus shares with the Staria Alluvion is its compatibility with projector and inventory systems. By using a conveyor junction, a conveyor tube, and a projector, the Astrocetus can be fueled, recharged, and constructed simultaneously.

While it is not currently designed for long range exploration, PFI hopes that future iterations of this craft will support an engineer on extended missions with personnel and production amenities.
