Jillian Hall debuted in WWE as part of MNM, helping Johnny Nitro, Melina, and Joey Mercury as a fixer for the group. She notable had a large mole on her face, which was referred to as a blemish.

She was recruited by JBL to be his image consultant. During her run with JBL, The Boogeyman bit off her mole, but she was fired after accidentally slamming the door on her boss's head during a cage match.

Hall started using a terrible singing gimmick during a feud with Ashley Massaro. Hall was jealous of Massaro's Playboy appearance and tried to show off her vocals at any chance she had.

In October 2009, Hall shocked Mickie James and pinned her to win the Divas Championship on an episode of Raw. She lost the title to Melina on the same night.
