Winnie's Barbed Wire

It is a nice and easy to use barbed wire entity. It breaks upon touching a vehicle, it deals damage against players who touch it, and it can be broken in 3 hits by melee weapons. And a lot longer for bullets, like 10s of constant fire with an mg 42.
