Combat Rifle on 'L4D 1+2' Animations Remix

This mod uses gun positioning, running animations and animation blending from Left 4 Dead 1 and everything else from Left 4 Dead 2 thus bringing best of both worlds together. The rest will follow as I polish up each weapon for release.

Also, I couldn't resist fixing glaring missing solid #000000 black textures. This doesn't change the rest of the texture though, so the mod will work with reskins.
