The first of its kind goes to its 6th edition. Created from scratch for FM21 - Updates current injuries and adds 70 more to a total of 202 types for more diversity and realism, while slightly lowering some severe injuries odds.

if you want,because im unable to open the editor,you will send to me an notepad or similar ,list of all injuries,and i made a traduction to italian.

ok,i installed editor but dont run....black screen for few seconds and return at pc main page.also the resource archiver,same trouble....any suggestions/solutions?

@vettori.m You open the english version in the editor, then go to the injuries tab and load them all. You can then sent me a translation for every added injury with their ID
