Should be in compositions. Click Compositions [F2] then customs on the far right. (where you see the NATO blue, Opfor red, green indipendent, then a yellow THEN the custom) You should see the composition there.

iv dl it but cannot find?? where it is and is it possible to spawn it by script like sdandart structures?

There is a button on the top bar in editor , its called "snap too" if i recall. Looks like a valley with arrows pointing left to right. Next to toggle widgit.
