Church with a creepy churchyard/ graveyard between the trees.
Stained glass church windows, large nature brick walls and small rooftiles give it an old look.

All assets are cities skylines basic assets. No required downloads or DLC's needed.
Make it as creepy as you want in the asset editor.
And... don't forget to like this asset!!!

It's a free DLC at steam. I possibly used a couple plants from that DLC. I'll update this one.

@Basco81 I like your asset but I don't find it in my game. It require DLC Pearls From the East in my content manager, it's normal ?
