Fully AI Noded (Air and crow).

Has navigation mesh.

Has a security room that has access to security cameras.

Has multiple areas where players/npcs/nextbots can see other sections (windows mostly).



NPCS or Nextbots that hunt you down (how about trying out these DBD npcs cough cough: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1941874996 ).

Lowering sv_accelerate(Lowers your run speed basically) if you choose to have entities hunt you down.




TextureHaven ( https://texturehaven.com/ ) - Brick texture.

SeamlessPixels ( https://seamless-pixels.blogspot.com/ ) - Multiple brush textures like the walls, floor, and roof.
