CNC Civs - The Global Liberation Army

The wait is over. Adds the Global Liberation Army, from Command & Conquer Generals, into the game as a fully playable new Civilization.

====!!!! IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE !!!!====
This mod requires the Brave New World expansion pack to work, and WILL NOT function properly without it. However, as with every other mod I have created, I have chosen not to modify the dependency setting to require Brave New World, so those that do not have it can use the mod as they please. However, the mod is almost guaranteed to be a horribly broken - but playable - mess without the second expansion pack, so if you do not have the Brave New World expansion pack, proceed into a game with this mod at your own risk.


====Description====
The Global Liberation Army is a Civilization that is notorious for its unconventional warfare and tactics, specializing in cheap armored Units and guerrilla warfare, with fanatically devoted Units that are fanatically devoted to the GLA's cause and will stop at nothing to bring liberation to every corner of the world. Their unique abilities, structures, and Units are especially well-suited for this, as the GLA receives a greatly reduced Maintenance cost for ground Units and a reduction in the require experience necessary to earn new Promotions. This allows the GLA to field large armies much quicker than other Civiliations, especially when coupled with their unique units which have extremely low Production costs to build. On top of this, their unique building provides them with the ability to move military forces around their territories in seconds, giving them the ability to counterattack on virtually any front in seconds. This combined with their cheap forces and their mass production capabilities can create a very formidable rival for anyone who dares to cross their path.

====Unique Ability - No Cost is Too Great====
Gold maintenance cost for all GLA forces reduced by 50%. New Promotions are earned twice as fast for all Units.

====Unique Unit - Scorpion Tank====
The Scorpion Tank is a light tank available to the Global Liberation Army that is designed to be mass-produced and expendable. Despite being weaker than the Modern Armor it replaces by 15 points, the Scorpion Tank has a vastly reduced Production cost to build and requires one Oil resource rather than one Uranium, allowing it to be mass-produced in GLA cities and sent to the front lines in overwhelming numbers. On the battlefield, large numbers of Scorpion Tanks can easily overpower stronger enemy forces, breaking through enemy lines and ensuring the destruction of all those who would dare to oppose the GLA.

====Unique Building - Tunnel Network====
The Tunnel Network is a unique Airport replacer available to the GLA that provides all GLA forces with the ability to redeploy anywhere in GLA-controlled territory without burdening the GLA's economy, through the Airlift ability. Unlike its vanilla counterpart, the Tunnel Network has no Gold maintenance costs to build - allowing the GLA to divert its valuable resources to much more important projects such as war efforts. In addition, it also provides a small amount of Defense in every City in which it is built, and has a slightly lowered Production cost to build as well. These advantages make it a very valuable addition to the GLA's arsenal, but unlike the Airport it replaces, it does not provide Tourism and it severely weakens the GLA's air power due to the fact that it no longer raises Air unit capacity in Cities. In addition, it is unlocked later in the tech tree - at Mobile Tactics, rather than Radar. Even so, the ability for the GLA to reposition their armed forces in mere seconds can allow them to launch deadly flank attacks, respond to enemy incursions swiftly, and engage their enemies from multiple fronts.

Rather than just a single war, peace, and loading screen theme, the GLA uses every GLA-themed song in the original C&C Generals soundtrack (plus the theme songs to both the base game and Zero Hour) to serve as their music themes. Except the C&C Generals main theme, which serves as the loading screen theme, every one of the following songs can play randomly during peace or while at war. They are as follows:
