Custom-made cartoon Buster sword
In obvious resemblence to Cloud's buster sword. (Final Fantasy)
Because it's his.
Just cartoony.

The Buster's item number is "3f00182e"
Craftable &Temperable
Located in stabbed into a stone in Whiterun.
Take an immediate right turn upon entering Whiterun.
Follow the perimeter, and it will be on your left.
