Makes the Highwayman armed and dangerous.

What does this change?
-Highwayman now has a Glock 17, a semi-automatic pistol designed and produced by the GLOCK company in Austria, beginning production in 1982, and being sent through time or some ♥♥♥♥ to the Highwayman's hands (according to Wikipedia; you can never tell what's fact or fiction)

Replaces A, B, C, and D skin slots.
Replaces certain sounds.
Replaces character stats(does more damage and has more accuracy)
