Adds a character interaction that allows you to become a sibling of a selected character

You have ONE YEAR to use the interaction!

Usable both in multiplayer and singleplayer

Become Brothers - self explanatory
I don't want to be a sibling! - hide the buttons

Obviously not ironman compatible

Bug stated in the last comment does not exist, but for the new All Under Heaven, this does not work as a custom ruler, as it does not remove your "House" title. A fork of this should be made at some point.

theres a bug with the most recent patch that makes you and the individual you select as a sibling become like a seperate branch from the family and not just get the same parents.
