People like a good description. Describe your car with detail and in a friendly way. It helps if you add a little,"have a nice day!" at the end.
That's pretty much it.
If you want people to keep your car instead of just trying it out, then you actually have to make it drive well.
Also, not very many people subscribe to my cars by my goals. My highest was around 80 subscribers to one car, I think. But looking at the highest ones in the workshop, some have thousands.

more people downloaded my crappy lada crawler i made out of boredom which isnt even my chassis or body or anything i just made the suspension than they downloaded the trophy carts or race cars :(
almost noone subscribes to mine :(
