We might not have (working) rotary engines in the game but at least i can shove a rotor in a rim so it can spin =V

Based on the first gen RX-7 rotor wheels.

Edit 13/02/21: Added two new variants, now there is a flat version that always stays flush to the rim lip, a convex version that keeps slightly flush to the lip and a convex deep dish

(for some reason in my game they arent right next to each other, i have no idea why)
