描述
This is a 3x4 low density housing asset based on the many 3-story brick corner buildings throughout Chicago's neighborhoods. Made circa 1920, these are a staple of the metropolitan area and pair nicely with the Two Flat, Greystone, Bungalows, and Six Flat.

Tris: 5k / 200 LOD
Textures: 1536x512 (d,n,i,s)
3x4 low density residential level 3

Comes with a free "Proud Union Home" window sign.

Have you thought about Minneapolis buildings like the Capella, IDS, Wells Fargo Center, etc? I couldn't remember if you did commissions.
