When this is a computer civilization Open Border agreement is not honored. It can offer and accept Open Borders, but you cannot enter Israel territory when the computer grants it.

I wouldn't have chosen Esther as an Israel leader. She was the queen of Persia. A good female leader could be Salome Alexandra.

So, I really would like to use this mod, but whenever I try and play as Israel, generally as David, on a YNAMP Greatest earth map it does not load the city and places the viewed area on a totally different part of the map. I was wondering if this is a conflict with YNAMP and your mod?

Friends In High Places: Gains automatic control of the Jerusalem city-state upon meeting Britain and warmongering penalties are reduced to 0 while allied with America.
