Light-girlands

描述
Does your republic feel festive? The anniversary of the revolution? Does another great leader visit your republic? Do you host an international exhibition?
Use these colourful light-girlands to make your city's main street shine! You can place them anywhere! Even under water. (but please, don't do that, they can't be removed then)
They come in eight themes - Soviet, Czechoslovakia, Ukraine, Trabant, Yugoslavia, Aeroflot, Atom, Romania. All of them have two variants a round or a square emblem.
More themes might appear later. However, feel free to make and publish your own themes (as long as you mention the original author).
I'll probably add more thematic ones to allow you celebrate several achievements. For example one celebrating a TV station etc.

Since monuments can't be connected to electricity (meaning it wouldn't shine at night), it's listed under pollution meters.

Inspired by real life light-girlands in Brno.

They contain 4 path connections making possible to build them by yourself.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
Now I have realised that developers plan supporting skins for buildings (similar to vehicle skins). When this feature becomes supported, I'll leave this mod as an obselete version and I'll re release it again, now with the skins support. This means there will be only two objects but with more skins to choose.

About requests
I will do another requests as soon as the new update will come because of the reason mentioned in the "IMPORTANT NOTE!!!.
Anyway, if you ask me for a theme, please, add a suggestion for the design of the girland. I'm trying to make every girland theme look different but I might start repeating soon and, I believe, nobody wants that.

It should be in the pollution meters. It's already a pretty old mod, those days I was unable to connect monuments in particular to electricity, so I had to choose an alternative building type to make them shine.

I was thinking (but did not manage to force myself to do it yet) about making a new version with more lenghts and types (not only light girlands but also transparent and such). Such version would be made with buildings skins in mind, so people could make skin mods to make any design. Maybe during summer, currently I'm too busy to make it.

Hi, are you aware that monuments have become in demand in order to increase loyalty, look at the original monuments, they give loyalty and reach. Just add this entry to the file, and your mod will also give loyalty and will be in demand !!!

Привет, вы в курсе, что памятники стали востребованными, чтобы повысить лояльность, посмотрите на оригинальные памятники, они придают лояльность и радиус действия. Просто добавьте эту запись в файл, и ваш мод тоже подарит лояльность станет востребованным !!!

No problem. I think you can enable the pollution in the game's menu (where you save game), place the girlands and then disable it again.

It's mentioned in description, it's listed as POLLUTION METER because monuments don't connect to electricity, so it wouldn't emmit light at night.

Where can i find this mod in the game? I subscribed to the mod and game had downloaded it, but don't see it under monuments category.
