Physgun HL2 Beta/E3 Beam Sounds

描述
CREDIT to hoffington_thegreat (https://www.reddit.com/user/hoffington_thegreat/) for the original code for the physgun playing sounds

I couldn't find any addons for the Physgun to play sounds so I made one myself using Hoff's lua code.

The sounds used come from the leaknet beta build of Half Life 2. The freezing sound was already in gmod, but it's the same sound from the beta.

This is also my very first addon

The physgun grabbing sound can sometimes contine to play even when I'm no longer using it. Please fix, its a really annoying bug.

@Mechatronic That's likely another addon. This one doesn't change anything about the physgun itself iirc.

could you make a beta physgun that isnt colorable? The other one spins and i dont want it to so pls
