Gate with actual open close functioning with TM:PE

Community gate version of my functional gate project. To make it functional follow the Functional Parking Gate guide below.

Also for tutorial images reference you may visit the Functional Security Gate as their set up is similar.

One road as the Community gate road you will find in Road Intersection Menu. Four props that completes the whole gate.

The whole thing will not work without the two dependencies so subscribe them if you need this functioning gates.
Special thanks to Sparks for giving permission to use his/her Brick Iron gate model for this.

Wonderful asset that adds immersion. Can confirm that it still (mostly) works. Follow the video instructions for the security gate. Occasional visual glitches (and it glitches on certain zoom levels) but it's tolerable

Everyone make sure you get the custom animation loader if you want this asset to work properly. Just a heads up.
