This submission contains bugfixes/adjustments in the form of item schema adjustments.

NOTES FOR TF TEAM:
A modified copy of items_game.txt is found in the folder submitted, as well as a readme with a complete changelog and misc. notes. A quick reference sheet is also included for quick implementation to the current schema.

CHANGELOG:
* Weapons Skins from the following collections were given the "has team color paintkit" attribute:
- Gentlemanne's Collection (Coffin Nail, Dressed to Kill)
- Harvest Collection (Wildwood)
- Warbird Collection (Corsair, Airwolf)
This allows the affected weapons to be able to toggle team colors in the weapon inspect panel.

* The Gun Mettle Campaign Coin was given item_medal sounds.
* The Tough Break Campaign Stamp was given item_paper sounds.
* The Invasion Community Update Coin was given item_medal sounds.
* The Soul Gargoyle was given item_default sounds.
- NOTE: These items all used scrap metal sounds in inventory. I wanted to update these as not only are they not fitting, but because the JI Contracker has its own unique sounds.

* All "dummy" collections (used for Campaign tracker items) have been given proper item icons.
- Prior to this change, the dummy collections used the scrap metal as their icon when rolled over.
- Items with proper cases will use their respective case as their icon, while campaign reward collections will use the basic paintkit case icon.

* The Bread Box was given item_crate pickup/drop sounds.
