Isles Of Scilly

The Isles of scilly are an archipelago southwest of Cornwall, Great Britain. It is the southernmost and westernmost part of the British Isles. The island, being located in the Atlantic, is much milder than the rest of Great Britain, meaning many exotic plants and trees can be grown.

I dont recommend making a large city on this map; since it is very small and because there are lots of hills on the larger islands. However I believe making a small "touristy" town on the islands might just be perfect.

Keep in mind, There are no highway connections, so you will need to have a harbour or airport for people to be able to move in to your city.
