and paste to replace 2289163423\common

p.s "ClearAllUI" folder was removed,because now the mod has no ui by default

guys if you are doing timelapse with mods and having problems with peace treaties and guis just remove their interface file

Hi, For the new update, those transmissions will now pop up in the lower right hand corner, for example when a country joins a faction or when a country declares war. If you start in 1939 you can see it happen when germany declares war on poland. I was wondering if you could update the mod so it hides the popups?
