AK-47 on refined L4D1 animations

Just an AK on L4D1 animations. I believe this is the cleanest release of this kind on the internet. Cleaned up wrist rotations and finger rotations, fixed the reload animation to make it fully compatible with l4d2 arms.

Fun fact: AK was never shown running on L4D1 anims publicly, the earliest footage we have shows it on what appears like early iteration of retail animations with a walking animation that you can see on css weapons still.
