This model is based on a house from Łódź, Poland .

According to kultura.lodz.pl;
This house was built for the Association of Loan&Savings Banks of Łódź in year 1911.
Designed by L. Panczakiewicz, overall style is art nouveau/jugendstil.
Tiles in the top part of the facade have colour variations on. Window shops have detailed illumination at night.

Lodzermensch - A tycoon, who lived in Łódź in the XIXth or early XXth century, rich factory owner/merchant, who possed skills of entrepreneurship, adaptiveness to new conditons etc.
A person having direct influence on Łódź's urban development, sometimes capable of building an entire micro-city of factories, schools and houses for their employees within Łódź.
