House of a true Lodzermensch 2

This model is based on a house from Łódź, Poland .

According to Wiki;
This house was erected for Salomon Baharier by Edward Crentzburg in year 1882.
Later, it was redeveloped and renovated in year 1897 according to a project by Dawid Lande. That redevelopment gave the house more empire-like look.
The long courtyard has colour variations on. Window shops have detailed illumination at night.

Lodzermensch - A tycoon, who lived in Łódź in the XIXth or early XXth century, rich factory owner/merchant, who possed skills of entrepreneurship, adaptiveness to new conditons etc.
A person having direct influence on Łódź's urban development, sometimes capable of building an entire micro-city of factories, schools and houses for their employees within Łódź.
