-Fixed several issues with garrisons due to same-IDs conflicting. Koria and other weaponsmith locations should properly have garrisons now.
-Roma now supports garrisons for all cultures (this was harder than you'd think)
-Further convinced the AI not to attack suicidally, yet they continue to do so, sometimes. At least there are more opportunities for battles and less AI running away.
Save game compatible.
We play in campaign with friend, can we continue it after new update?
-SPQR Is now playable! They might be weird because I never intended them to be played. Beware, the Roman houses' insolence and political zeal knows no bounds.
-Further rebalanced AI campaign priorities. The AI should be less suicidal and more reserved now.
- AI should recover from losing an army quicker now
-Minor bug fixes to garrisons and text
-Nerfed "bribe unit" to only hurt a unit rather than disband it (no one will complain)
If you conquer Roma, you will not have a garrison. This was the only way I could give SPQR specifically a crazy garrison only if they held Roma. Otherwise, my only other option is to give every Roman settlement the same garrison, and Roma would be easy to yoink early on.
