[OBSOLETE] Redemption-MPI support

Beskrivelse
I have since discovered the solution to MPI support not interfering with vanilla tooltip changes when MPI support is directly integrated within Project Redemption, I would suggest unsubscribing to this mod now

@Amcyeet you basically have to patch the cockpit.config file under the yourmodnamehere/interface/cockpit folder directory. The patch itself is basically as follows:
[{
"op": "add",
"path": "/displayDungeons/r-USCMbunker",
"value": {
"description": "Encrypted signals are coming from this old bunker. Their signature suggest a USCM remnant holdout.",
"icon": "/interface/cockpit/dungeons/human.png"
}
}]
noting the icon, you can add your own by adding a sprite under the yourmodnamehere/interface/cockpit/dungeons folder and having the name of that new icon be referenced instead of human.png

the internal name of your dungeon (aka what's in the .dungeon file for it) is what you want to have replacing r-USCMbunker here, and of course the description part is rather self explanatory

how do I make a patch for MPI?

@snasnite this enables more planet info support for project redemption, it'll now tell you when there's a USCM remnant bunker on a planet
