描述
Feared and respected throught all of Aether, Xillian's master swordsmanship and terrifying magnetic abilities
make him a force to be reckoned with. As the cheif enforcer of the Neo Fire Empire, the mere mention of his name
will stain the pants of even the hardiest of rebels. Now his latest mission sends him to the past, with orders
to only return with a certain black cat's head...

Xillian maybe a tad slow, but his range and power are
top of the line. By ionizing his opponents with certain moves, he can use his neutral special to drag foes to him!

i have a cool taunt idea for this character. whenever you crouch down and do the down taunt he should be able to kneel down to a statue of loxodont but whenever your in a stage with loxodont in it the statue would be gone.

allow him to have like
a combo, 1, off of his ionized grab
it just pulls opponents closer and like half the time that's worse for you
let him combo off it
or keep the gimmick bad, just let him combo at all
