Successors Scripted

描述
This is a prototype of a scripted version of Successors. If successful it will be integrated into the official mod.

This manages the games setup. Once all players are seated the Deal Generals Button Deals out the general cards.

After that playes put the generals they want in the square and press complete setup. The rest should be taken care of.

There is an official mod. I lost contact with the publisher of the official mod. The intention was put the scripting in there, but it never happened.

@ MR_RasTafari I'm sorry the script is not commented. Most of the changes would be simple. As long as the right GUIDs are given, the scripts should work.
