Far Point Outpost reforged [CPU T1 LVL7]

This updated version (not a reforged eden blueprint) includes few changes to refit it under Tier 1 CPU limit with extended :
- Power sources with 12 large solar panels with full reshape on their attached points
- Sentry guns on each entry
- 2 turrets
- 36 growing plots space
- Only one small constructor instead of two grand
- 12x16k containers
- Design to match with original layout even with large solar panel

Then this base is still an exellent and efficient early game choice while :
- it does not use any exotic raws material
- it is mainly built with expendable stone and really low profil raws needs
- it includes grow plots slots
- it includes extended large external PAD with a small one and internal bay with lot of space to match upgrades (repair, more constructor, med bay...)

[07/04/21] Some new efficiency enhancement to have solar panel at the same level of the roof deck level to enlarge it.

[16/05/21] Fix (SV small) 12 containers issues from original blueprint to 16k base
[06/07/21] Replace all wood blocks by concrete blocks for better durability.
