I figured out the problem with the energies. Apparently the energies in the starter decks aren't named, and it's keeping them from dropping into the energy counters. I've just been going through and replacing them with energies from the bags. Also, i deleted one whole deck because it had one of every energy, four trainers, and a bunch of basic Pokemon. It wasn't a viable deck. Just thought I'd let you know.
I might have to have a look into the code and see if I can fix the issues.
