Mugen Tandem Type R

The Mugen Tandem Type R is a tandem attack submarine designed for a different take on campaign and PVP matches. Realizing the potential of their recently designed Mugen Type R micro attack submarine platform, engineers from the Honda Gigaplant on Mars decided on a more unique application.

This submarine is tandem by nature and is capable of decoupling into two attack submarines. The concept is based on the crew splitting into two groups, with each commandeering a sub and protecting one another. The Mugen Tandem Type R and Mugen Type R submarines possess extreme agility and are adept at hit-and-run tactics. Power is provided by a reactor and an array of batteries. The weapons system includes two coil guns controlled by one periscope.

This configuration can be used in 2v2 submarine team battles in PVP or coop submarine campaign.

Features:

-Captain oriented cockpit with overhead flipswitch array and onscreen display
-Two-stage engine mode: Normal speed (67kph), VTEC™ for higher performance (89kph), use sparingly.
-Blade™: active battering ram blade that eviscerates any targets sensed by the motion detector
-Turret switch mechanism: switch between two coilguns with one periscope
-Surveillance Monitor located at helm for monitoring shuttle activity

Operation:

-Start with flipping the overhead switches, namely Power, Engine, and Ballast.
-Flip indoor light and hull light switches to turn on lighting
-Flip the Authorize Guns and Blade mode to engage the enemy.
-Flip Shuttle Charge and Power buttons
-Split into two groups and each take a submarine
-Undock shuttle from submarine and undock main submarine from dock.

**Make sure to turn the Blade switch OFF before EVAs or you will have a nice diver soup on your hands.

**Pressing the undock button while main sub is station-docked will undock the shuttle. You can circumvent this by double clicking the dock button to capture the shuttle again.
