Class description
Gunships are small to medium sized aerial units, which usually rely on VTOL thrust instead of lifting bodies to remain flying. They're primarily intended as scouts, interceptors and support craft and usually cannot battle enemy units by themselves, except for the largest of gunships.

The H12 Sparrow light gunship is a VTOL scout, powered by two tiltjets on either wing. Sleek and speedy, it can quickly cover vast distances providing support where needed or scouting ahead. With a top speed of just under 60 m/s, it's reasonably fast but will be outperformed by jet aircraft.

The Sparrow's unique ability is to dodge missiles by rolling. Against specialized AA missiles, this might be insufficient; but will elude the less manoeuvrable missiles with ease. This gunship is best used in groups when not on patrol duty, but with a limited firepower her usefulness against larger foes is limited.
