Vindicta East Wind Re-Armed CSAT

I do not own this faction and am in no way attempting to republish one's work. My only objective with this is to make it possible for players to use factions inside of Vindicta and enjoy the gamemode to the largest extend possible.

So, I ran into this faction the other day and heard quite some positive things about it. Needless to say, I configured it to work with Vindicta. As far as I could tell this works with Ace and should also do without it. The only real requirement is the Global Mobilization DLC. Enjoy!
