Dual wheels on a standard suspensions without mods in various designs on a large grid.
Dual wheels on a small grid here.
There are also suspensions with an attached block on which you can place structures. However, if you remove any block from the structure on wheel, it will fall.

To use in your buildings, separate the required wheel suspension from the main structure in creative mode and insert it into your own. It's simple!

The idea of this design was proposed by me almost 3 years ago in January 2018, but I did not develop it until this moment.
