Martial Artist Chain Wrap

A quick 'n' small mod I thought of while playing -

- Shirt slot item based on Martial Artist Bindings, but made of wrapped chainmail instead of all cloth
- 100% fist protection and hits harder
- A bit noisy and heavier too

Stats are in the screenshot. Blueprint is added to the world, and the item as well has been seeded to various vendors and NPCs.

Intended to be balanced and reasonable. I think the stats are in a good place.

Item colorizes to faction primary, on NPCs as well as the player.

NPCs in the world who specialize in Martial Arts may be wearing this now....

The blueprint can be found where it makes sense, as well as items occasionally for sale.

UPDATE: Finally made a decent texture for the thing. Slightly tweaked stats as it got a bit OP at higher qualities, mostly in terms of it nerfing stealth and assassination, but all the good bonuses are still there. Male and female versions should be equally visible and distinct from the cloth wrap now.
