- Excluded "Court Chaplain" because the doctrine exists separately, I thought it would be better to follow the doctrine.

- Incompatible with the same type mod because I have direct modified "can_be_chancellor_trigger", and "can_be_steward_trigger", "can_be_marshal_trigger".
