Be Exalted to create Cadet Branch

描述
Rulers now need a customizable level of renown before having the option to create a Cadet Branch.

An option has been added in the game rules to set the desired level. (Default to Exalted)

Cadet Branches are now the legacy of exceptional rulers.

also wanna add that the legend adventure cb also creates houses when the game rule is set to no cadet house generation.

Hi hdtomo. There is now a mod setting to chose it. When you are starting your game, if you go to the game rules for setting up the game, you will see it in there. It should be toward the end. You can chose any rank, including living legends.

Can you make another version for only living legends?
