描述
Create that basic AND, OR and XOR logic with a variable threshold.

I'm a little annoyed that the game forces you to create a custom problem and upload it to stream.
Then I noticed that it is set to private to begin with but if I've gone through all the effort I might as well share the concept.

Got 6/556/12 without PGA
Just using one MC3000 and one DX300 . Sure was fun.

overnight i thought of another solution and got it to 4/350/8 -- thanks @NashBlaster for inadvertantly challenging me.

also the heavy logic solution is expensive 13/~560/8

- i really wanted to do it with logic, but i think i can get the code approach a teensy bit smaller
