Generic Co. were very close to calling this Hercules, but then they realized it would share the name with a crappy cabover from the 60's from a brand that got re-conned out of existence.

How did they know that the cabovers where going to named Hercules if they came a decent few years after this train (guessing that this is at very oldest pre-WWII)?
