描述
Modern Russian miniatures for wargaming. First off I was inspired by Lazyboy's WW2 miniatures to make these so all credit goes to him for the idea.

As my knowledge and assets for the weapons and equipment of Russia is limited these are meant to be roughly from mid 90s on. Once I have done all the other factions I will go back and flush them out more and add more modern stuff I.e. AK-12s etc. Also there not meant to have kneepads will remove them later as its a lot of work.

The scale of some of the weapons vs the models may be a bit off and the models as a hole versus 28mm so let me know if anything needs adjusting.

These are awesome! If you're not working on new factions anymore, perhaps you could give an idea of how you do the camouflage on the trooper models? Others (maybe me, if it's possible-) may be interested in adding other forces!

Hi SSgt, I was wondering if I could speak to you about these models and how you made them? I'd like to make models like this for TTS myself, but I don't know where to start.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dude this is awesome! I hate how garbage TTS search function is, i search russian army, modern russian army, nothing. I look up "Modern" and i find the USMC pack and find this which i have been searching for for months, really good!

Looking at Late Cold war (1980s), likely pre Body armour, and Yep WW2 might be close, just with weapons of the Cold war

That's amazing SSgt McMillan. Yeah I was working on a mod to bring Battlegroup: Northag to TTS (The rulebook only supports UK & Russia right now), even though it's more cold war era most of the stuff is still usuable. And you did an amazing job with the USMC and Russians.

Once iv finished Germany (hopefully this month) i need to redo a couple of models for holding bullpop weapons then i was going to do china then UK. But if you need/want UK i can do them first.

With or without body armour? But yes after iv done all the other nations i will probably get the WWII models and use those soviet uniforms as there pretty close for pre BA.
