You built right over the trees? Building over trees still leaves the trees there, so the game has to load them weather they show up or not. Still I love the grid layout! Are you saying the dirt roads need to be replaced with tracks? I mean all of them?

Yes, I like to use cargo trains to move goods around within the city to reduce truck traffic, however, this will massively increase train traffic & requires more than a simple line or the trains will quickly backup. Need multiple lines to allow trains to bypass stations, etc to keep traffic flowing. In severe cases, you might even have to separate outside cargo lines, internal cargo lines & passenger lines from each other to prevent backups.

Does the passenger and cargo lines has their own lines? Meaning cargo lines are all connected that they can move goods between. For whats in demand.

Thank you! Yes, the dirt roads do suck & will eventually need to be replaced with tracks, but I didn’t want to unlock the save game so it couldn’t be played as a new city. I did want to build an example of a train network that I would build to handle the cargo trains. I do have an unlocked city that has the cargo train tracks built along with metro, trams & a transit hub.

Wonderful layout. Just wish the pictured rail lines were actual railroads and not dirt roads.

nice grid layouts. Could you create the sections as assets. Some may like to use one then combine them with another type. Anyways i do like how that looks.
