Adds Pisa led by Ugolino della Gherardesca to the game.

UNIQUE ABILITY: LAWGIVERS OF THE SEA
  • Receive a Cargo Ship and a temporary Trade Route slot at the start of a Golden Age.
  • Naval Units earn Golden Age points from kills when starting within 2 tiles of a Trade Route.

UNIQUE UNIT: TARIDA
  • Replaces the Galleass.
  • Has less base Combat Strength.
  • Gains +33% Combat Strength and yields +1 Great Admiral point when starting its turn stacked with an embarked unit.
  • Yields Great General points when promoted.

UNIQUE BUILDING: CASATORRE
  • Replaces the Castle.
  • Provides +20% land and sea Trade Route range.
  • Provides +20% Production towards civilian Units during Golden Ages.

That fixed it. I wonder if it was the city state mod I use. I'm really not sure. But clearly, the mod is fine on its own. Sorry about that.

Can you try deselecting all of your mods but Pisa? I'm thinking this might be the product of a conflict with one of your other mods.
