This mod adds three additional resolution categories and tweaks the GC, adding 6th level laws to all categories. Based on Galactic Community ++ by MrArcaneGates who graciously allowed me to reupload my modification of their mod. Starting at the third level, the Sovereignty and Galacticization categories will begin to apply bonuses to non-federated member countries and federated member countries respectively.
