Change state of pylon barriers to adjust height.

Our playtests have run them right click > set state 4 (UP) or set state 1 (Down).

We have used the pylon barriers by numbering them (17 total sets). At start of turn, we roll 1d6 to determine how many sets change state, going up if they're down and vice versa. Then we roll a D20 for the number of sets rolled. The outcomes of the d20 rolls determine which sets of barriers actually change.
