Aerial Combat Traditions/Aerial Automatons
-Strike Craft Damage +20%
-Strike Craft Fire Rate +15%
-Strike Craft Speed +40%
Access to a Unique Airbase/ Drone Airbase building providing:
10 Naval Cap
2 Pilot/ Drone Engineers jobs giving 8 naval cap each and 1 defense army
Ability to construct the Bomber Group/Drone Swarm assault army
Start with Strike Craft Tech

Labour Unions
- Worker resource production +10%
- Worker Happiness +10%
- Worker political power +15%
- Specialist political power +10%
- Specialist Happiness +5%
- Specialists production +5%

Multiculturalism (Requires a Rewrite due to unity rework)
-Monthly Unity -10%
-Society Research +10%
-Xenophile Attraction +50%
-Pop Growth from immigration +15%
-Immigration Pull +50%
Extra faction approval for having 5 species in your empire in addition to the default 4

-Megastructure Build Speed +10%

I have rewrote the jobs to all conform to the new system so should work now. In my testing I was able to get all my worker jobs filled however I have had this problem before. Generally restarting has fixed it rather than it being a constant issue but do feel free to tell me if something isnt working I can check and see if I messed up still lol

Update? The jobs are currently broken. Most worker tier jobs will not be filled, no matter what.

The Dev's have made changes in 3.2 to their coding of the game might want to check in on

Updated to the current patch. I have tested what I believe should cause issues but I have not had time to fully test. all vanilla files that are overwritten should be up to date so problems shouldnt cause major issues. feel free to tell me if anything does go wrong of course though I am not perfect

if you use species diversity you will need the patch for certain traits to give their affects to my civics. For example the trade value boost from the pearls trait is something I have to manually put in. I have not looked into recent changes (if any) in species diversity so I have not updated the patch yet.
